Uses:

How to: Pour boiling water over the tea bag and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes.

Decoction facilitates a deeper and fuller sensory experience.
How to: Put herbs in cold water and bring to boil, let simmer for 5 min and soak for 5 min more.

How to: Before going to bed, pour boiling water over plants and let it sit overnight. Enjoyed lukewarm first thing in the morning,
